At over&under, every detail is rooted in memory and meaning. Our signature drink, made with butterfly pea flower tea, comes from a special place, literally and emotionally. Our founder grew up with stories of his dad’s childhood in Southeast Asia, where butterfly pea tea was a common refreshment at family gatherings and roadside picnics under banyan trees.
It was vibrant, calming, and always served ice-cold from a metal jug his grandmother packed for every outing. We’ve reimagined that drink for over&under, blending nostalgic flavors with a modern twist. It’s our tribute to the global picnic tradition: food and drink shared outdoors, across cultures, and across generations.
We adapted the colour pallete from over&under and changed the red to purple. When you add citric acid to the blue tea, it turns purple
