Problem: Depop has over 34 million items listed, making it feel overwhelming and chaotic. For many users, finding what they actually want can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack.

Insight: Gen Z loves to express themselves through fashion but struggles with decision fatigue. What they crave isn’t more choice, it’s better curation and inspiration that feels personal.
